Our Parish Vision
statement reads: Immaculate Conception Parish is called to be a welcoming Catholic community that is prayerful, actively
compassionate, and accepting of all. Our Parish Vision is to be the living Body of Christ: to worship, to reach out,
to nurture and heal, to teach and to serve.
We pray
that you can find among us a supportive and encouraging community in which you can spiritually grow and thrive.
The Church is PEOPLE (not to be identified with the worship site),
and new memberships contribute to the health and future of our Christian community. We are glad that you are here.
The short video clips below are from Fuzzy's IC
Commemorative DVD Bonus Disk. The first shows highlights of the Final Mass (June 27th). The second link is
the chapter which describes the stained-glass windows that were installed in 1959. The Bonus Disk has a longer chapter covering the Final Mass, together with a chapter detailing
the church's stained-glass windows, the rest of the parishioner-interviews, and a tribute to Father Eugene D. Honan.
