Men’s Club

The Men’s Club sponsors social and religious activities for the parish, including a Men’s Retreat, Communion breakfast, golf tournament, and Sunday morning coffee shop during the Religious Education year, and assists with many parish functions. Meetings are the second Monday of each month at 7:00 PM in the Conference Room in the Church Hall.  All men of the parish are welcome to join.

Women’s Club

Organized in 1968, this club offers social & religious activities for the parish. Meetings are held in the church hall September – May, on the last Monday of the month at 7:00 PM. Among the club’s activities are participation in the Parish Festival, banquets, monthly speakers and other functions. The club also provides caring contact with our elder members of the parish, along with a scholarship fund for Catholic High School students and college students. All women of the parish over 18 are invited to join.

Parish Gatherings

Opportunities for social gatherings are one way of being a welcoming community. Currently we have a Parish Festival in the fall, a Latin Night (dinner and dancing), and another dinner / dance Irish Night. Other gatherings are a weekly Coffee Shop during the school year, and other special events such as Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. Christmas and Easter parties are held for the children.

500 Club

This is a major fundraiser for the parish helping us shoulder the costs associated with Catholic education by subsidizing the tuition payments of qualified families who have chosen to send their children to Catholic schools, both elementary and secondary. It also helps fund religious education programs and continuing education of all age groups in the parish. Each month there is a drawing that gives prizes totaling $775 in cash. Some months there are special drawings for additional prizes. This lottery can be fun. It adds a little excitement to your month and at the same time supports some good causes. If your heart moves you, come join us in this effort. Pick up a brochure at church or at the church office.

Other Opportunities

Baking, book club, coffee shop, children’s Christmas pageant, mailing/office help, planning children’s parties/events, parish brochure, youth retreat, web site design and maintenance, grant writers, parish librarian, and theater director.
